Eight new episodes of the teen spy series are streaming now on Prime Video and Freevee for your viewing pleasure. In the latest season, the title character no longer works for his agency and is trying to take down the bad guys on his own. But things are more complicated than he might expect.

This is not a drill: a brand new episode of Bluey, titled “Ghostbasket,” premieres on Sunday, April 7 on Disney+. It’s not the promised full-length special, but it’s more Bluey and that’s always a good thing.

HOP, Season 1A

Not to be confused with the 2011 movie about an Easter bunny, Marc Brown, the guy who created Arthur, is back with a new show about a frog exploring friendship. Hence, the whole hopping thing.

The Canadian teen series about a vampire who would rather not suck blood is back for the second half of its season (labeled as Season 2 here in America) on Netflix. You can read more about the show in our breakdown of Season 2, as well as if there will be an I Woke Up A Vampire Season 3.

Monster Family 2

The sequel to a movie I was definitely aware existed, Monster Family 2 looks like an off-brand Hotel Transylvania, and it kind of is? But the voice cast is good – Emily Watson, Jason Isaacs – and Baba Yaga marries Renfield, so your kids probably won’t care about it potentially being a rip-off.

Música

While not technically a kids movie, as we explained in our parents guide for Música, there’s nothing particularly objectionable about this rom-com starring Rudy Mancuso and Camila Mendes. If your kids are into musical numbers, this is a great one to check out.

Renegade Nell premiered last weekend, following a highwayman – sorry, highwaygirl – who teams up with a fairy to Robin Hood her way through a small kingdom. You can check out more in our parents guide, but it’s a rollicking good time.

Star Trek Discovery, Season 5

Also not technically a kids show, but the fifth and final season of Star Trek: Discovery began streaming Thursday, and having seen the first four episodes it’s more earnest and squeaky-clean than ever. There is some mild cursing here and there, but if you’re looking for fun science-space adventures, look no further.

Wish

WISH
GLOW UP – In Walt Disney Animation Studios’ “Wish,” sharp-witted idealist Asha (voice of Ariana DeBose) makes a wish so powerful, it’s answered by a cosmic force—a little ball of boundless energy called Star. Artists lit the character in a way that makes it luminous—casting a glow onto the surrounding characters and environment. Wish probably wished it did better in theaters, but the animated tribute to 100 years of Disney storytelling is now on Disney+, so you can check it out for yourself. There are songs, there are Easter eggs, and it’s 90+ minutes of new Disney animation. What are you waiting for?

IN THEATERS:

Epic Tails

If you’re absolutely desperate to get out of the house this weekend, Epic Tails is the one new release for kids. It’s the animated story of a mouse and a rat who team up to help Jason and the Argonauts take down Poseidon, and currently has a 41% on Rotten Tomatoes.

Kung Fu Panda 4

In the latest Kung Fu Panda movie, Po (Jack Black) has to take down a shapeshifter with the powers of all of his previous enemies. We’ve already gone to bat for why the Kung Fu Panda series is perfect for the whole family, so why not check it out this weekend?
