Hooray! The second batch of the Bluey minisodes will be coming sooner than we think! The loveable and easygoing Blue Heeler pup, Bluey, and her family will play brand new games and tell stories true to the heart. How many of us connected with Bluey in a familiar tone and reflected? I, for one, am one of us.
Identical to the first batch released in July, the second round of minisodes will run between one and three minutes, for a total of seven. Each one will contain a story about the members of the Heeler family living in Brisbane, Australia. We had Muffin meltdowns, her baby sister Socks just being, well, a puppy, and Bluey and Bingo creating subversive games to play and bond over.
In April, Bluey had her first 28-minute episode with "The Sign." Inside the sweet tale, Bluey's Uncle Rad and her godmother Frisky get married, but not before encountering a couple of life changes of her her own, such as moving after Bandit secures a new job in a different city.
"The Sign" was crafted beautifully to appeal to children and adults, as Bluey has created a solid fanbase for older viewers. While the overall theme is childhood and all that's correlated with it, there are subtle, mature plotlines that parents could relate to. Such instances include miscarriages, getting older, infertility, and life recalling.
As the new minisodes will be here quicker than Muffin's driving, let's find out more about them!
Everything to know about the second set of Bluey minisodes
The second set of minisodes will stream on Disney+ Starting October 7th at 3 AM EST. In addition to regular programming, they will air on the Disney Channel and Disney Jr. throughout the week.
Disney Jr. released a press statement attained by The Parent Watch describing the minisode stories as "funny and sweet" and "lean into playful interactions." That's no surprise, as the show does a great job of delivering family bonding with unlying lessons children could pick on.
"The collection of one-to three-minute “Bluey Minisodes” are a series of funny and sweet moments featuring Bluey and Bingo. The stories lean into playful interactions and games that further explore the characters and world of “Bluey.” "
The poster
The poster for the upcoming batch features Bingo really rocking her heart out on the drums. We all knew she was a great dancer as the rest of her family, but drumming? Who knew the girl had many talents and perhaps even more that we have yet to discover?
I'm more than thrilled that Bingo is getting her place in the spotlight, since much of the promotional focus is on her sister, Bluey. I'm not complaining or dodging Bluey's essence as she is the main character and should be up and front, but sometimes, it's good to share the attention on another great character who equally brings life to the show.
The "Blocks" sneak peek
Disney Jr. additionally unveiled a sneak peek for one of the minisodes that'll be part of the lineup. In "Blocks," Bluey and Bingo have a day at Nana's condo, where they enjoy themselves with blocks. The girls might have constructed a miniature version of Sydney on the Gold Coast from the impressive building of their old-school toys and imaginations.
Except Nana will have a challenging time navigating around her family room.

The minisodes titles and descriptions
As mentioned, the next batch of minisodes will have seven, and luckily for all of us Bluey fans, we have the titles and their descriptions!
- "Tattoo Shop" - Dad visits the 'tattoo shop' where the kids give him some ink. Dad wants skulls and snakes so he can look tough. But when the time comes to look, it's not quite what Dad envisaged.
- ● “Phoney” - After a big day, everyone wants to sit back and listen to some relaxing music except Unicorse, who keeps getting 'Phony' to change the tune.
- ● “Blocks" - When it's time to go, Bluey and Bingo ask Nana to keep their tower from falling until they come back. Nana and Bob try to live in their smallish unit without knocking it over.
- ● “Government” - Dad uses Bingo’s back as a typewriter to type a letter to the government demanding they do something about his errant children.
- ● “Drums” - Bingo is in the music shop with Mum when she discovers an electronic drum kit and some headphones.
