Two shows that are perfect for the younger members of the family are joining Nickelodeon in July. Get ready for Unicorn Academy and Vida the Vet, both hailing from Spin Master.
The two shows will get their linear debuts on Nickelodeon and Nick Jr. respectively. That will give you an idea of who the two shows are mostly aimed at. However, they’re both airing during the morning hours, making sure younger members of the family can enjoy.
Join the adventure to Unicorn Island in Unicorn Academy
Nickelodeon will get the episodes of Unicorn Adventure on Sundays. Episodes will air at 9 a.m. on the channel throughout the month, bringing the first season of the series over the course of four weeks.
Unicorn Academy follows Sophia and her classmates, who head out to Unicorn Island from their magical boarding school. They’ll get the opportunity to bond with unicorns, and once they do, they’ll unlock the magical powers.
Of course, friendships are tested throughout all of this. And yes, there are villains looking to take down the magical island, and it’s going to be up to the school friends and their unicorns to protect the magic. On top of that, we have children growing into teens, and that means a whole new level to unlock and figure out! If you have new teens in the house, you’ll know exactly what they’re going through, and that makes this series perfect for tweens and teens — if you can get them away from their computer games!
Get ready for career exploration with Vida the Vet
Meanwhile, Nick Jr. will become the home of Vida the Vet, which follows a 10-year-old who has found her passion. Episodes will air Mondays to Thursdays at 10 a.m. ET/PT on the channel throughout the month of July. Yes, this one is great for pre-schoolers and younger school-aged children.
Vida has always dreamed of being a veterinarian, and that dream becomes a reality when she and her family move to the tranquil town of Sweetwood rather than the bustle of the city they’re used to. Vida looks after all sorts of animals, proving that one act of kindness can go a long way.
The whole of Vida the Vet season 1 will air throughout the month of July on Nick Jr. You will not want to miss a beat of this powerful and inspirational series. It’s great fun for the kids, and you’ll be able to get some housework done knowing that the kids are watching something fun and educational.
